Today was Denver’s bike to work day (national bike to work week was a month ago, but Denver has theirs in June to hopefully have better weather). I was able to talk 5 other people into riding into work from my office today, and all enjoyed it. Not a huge amount, but better than none. [...] I am pleased to let all of you know that my now not so little tomato plant has recovered nicely from the hail damage. It has been almost 2 weeks since the hail storm and I can barely tell it was damaged. I am getting more teeny tiny tomatoes every day (I call [...] Its been a good race season, and keeps getting better – three duathlons so far this season and I’ve “podiumed” in all three. This weekend’s duathlon, the Big Sky Duathlon, in Bennett Colorado was the second of the three race series in the Mile High Duathlon series. I’ve had a minor setback in my first attempt at growing tomatoes. We had a thuderstorm come through this afternoon and it brought along with it some nice half-inch hail with it. The hail started falling so hard so quickly that I watched my tomato plant get heavily damaged in a matter of [...] My Mom just left yesterday. Ben, Tana, and I dropped her off at the airport and then headed to Boulder for the Farmer’s Market.
