Wow! The Atomic Man duathlon was a great race! I went in to have a good race, not blowup on the runs and kick some tail on the bike – which is exactly what I did. I had to remind myself a few times that this was a training race and not [...] Well – in less than 12 hours I’ll be competing in the Atomic Man duathlon. This year I’m doing the little boy course (4k run, 15k bike, 4k run), maybe next year I’ll do the Fat Man (10k, 25k, 5k) as a non-fat man.
